With over 30 years of project and programme experience working mainly for large global corporations, I wanted to start applying transformation best practices to property projects by providing quality accommodation for hard-working professionals.
In today's volatile world, where change is a constant and at an ever-increasing rate, I decided to concentrate on building a property portfolio to mitigate this volatility by providing an underlying steady property-based income, with a view to joint venturing with trusted long term partners.
